Do you want to be part of Nesto, but you do not wish to own your flat? Choose the coliving option. Your only task will be to live – the flat can take care of itself. Completion of the first building is expected in 2025.
Nesto will be the first to bring the concept of coliving, a modern concept of renting, to Bratislava. Our goal is to make a lasting change in the perception of rented housing in Slovakia.
Buildings will reflect the needs of the tenants, so you can expect a laundry room, community spaces or a caretaker, who is always available.
Nesto will also offer coliving in the form of professionally managed rental houses. In this case as well, you can rely on completely equipped flats and the same benefits and services as in the case of standard coliving.
However, these buildings will be adapted for working singles, young couples or families, as well as expats from abroad. Of course, community spaces will be included too.
Nesto’s purpose is to provide future to everyone no matter their age. That is why we are considering building a completely private independent living for active seniors, who do not want to live alone. Seniors will be able to use various assistance services. Of course, a medical centre and sports grounds can be found in the vicinity.
