Flat standard
Flooring and tiling
Habitable rooms will have 8mm laminate flooring; in bathrooms and toilets there will be ceramic floors and tiling. All this according to the design of a designer studio in the colours that you pick from the developer’s design book.
Non-rebated doors
In your flat, interior non-rebated doors with hidden hinges will be installed in 2100mm high door frames. You can expect seamless closing and door frames without any unsightly hinges.
Secure front doors
Security is naturally the top priority. You will enter your flat through a fire-rated secure front door without any glass openings and a minimum security class 3. They will be installed in a 2100mm high steel door frame.
Underfloor heating
Electric underfloor heating, which can be controlled in each habitable room, is waiting for you in Nesto. This guarantees an even temperature in all rooms of the flats with the added bonus of a nice aesthetic feeling without any radiators.
Exterior shading
