1st Payment: Payment of the reservation fee in the amount of €3,000 based on the reservation.
2nd Payment: 20% of the purchase price, from which we'll deduct the reservation fee. This amount is due within 15 days from the signing of the Agreement on Future Contract.
3rd Payment: 80% of the purchase price is due after final inspection and approval of use.
