The front gardens come complete with paved areas and lawn turf. Their fencing combines decorative reinforced concrete surfaces with Robinia wood slatted railings. Front gardens have everything new Nesto residents will need, including an electrical socket, lighting and a water connection with an anti-freeze valve

We recommend new owners divide this space into several zones and plan their use depending on which direction they face and how much natural light the garden gets. To ensure the residential building retains its uniform appearance, the front gardens are not designed for the construction of garden sheds or the planting of large trees. The front gardens in our Nesto project have been designed based on the experiences of our satisfied customers and homeowners at our other development projects, who have praised the peace and privacy of their own gardens.
