On Thursday, October 20, we held a topping out ceremony at Nesto, as residential buildings in complex C have reached their final height. They are now completed up to the roof level and decorated with a symbolic topping out tree with colourful ribbons. We are happy to see the construction work advancing as planned, so we can move on to the next stage of our project.

Topping out is a builder’s rite marking the completion of the shell of a building. A small tree adorned with ribbons is usually placed on top of a new building after its topmost floor is completed. In this case, the tree was placed on the sixth above-ground floor of residential complex C and, as is a long tradition at our company, refreshments were served to everyone who participated in the construction work.

Over half of the flats already sold

The shells of the buildings have been completed, windows are about to be installed and interior works about to be started. Residential buildings C1, C2 and C3 are scheduled to be completed in 2024, but more than half of the 164 Nesto stage one flats have already been sold.

Once completed, Nesto will become a modern, so-called “20-minute” neighbourhood in Petržalka, providing the full range of services its residents need.
